Effective November 21, 2020 Stanislaus County is on a Limited Stay at Home Order
Counties in California are assigned to a tier based on its rate of new cases and positivity. Tier assignments may occur any day of the week and may occur more than once a week when.

Regional Stay Home Orders
Effective December 6, 20202, the San Joaquin Valley Region was put under the Regional Stay Home Order. Stanislaus County is designated by the State as part of the San Joaquin Valley Region.
The Regional Stay Home Order instructs Californians to stay home as much as possible to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Responding to COVID-19 in the Workplace
The State has created a checklist to be used by local health departments to assist employers who have identified cases of COVID-19 in the workplace. Employers must use the reporting threshold of three or more laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 among workers who live in different households within a two-week period to notify the local health department.
