Responding to COVID-19 in the Workplace

The State has created a checklist to be used by local health departments to assist employers who have identified cases of COVID-19 in the workplace. Employers must use the reporting threshold of three or more laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 among workers who live in different households within a two-week period to notify the local health department.
